Second report on the voting process for the elections of the Parliament of Kurdistan September 30, 2018

 Observers  of Tammuz Organization for Social Development continue to be present in polling stations throughout Kurdistan on election day 30 September 2018 in addition to the mobile teams that monitor the general situation around the electoral centers and register the turnout and participation and below some of the observations that were monitored:

• At 2:10 pm, in Ahmed Khani's office in Erbil the national anthem of the National Union Party was heared.

• At 3:45 Rushnii office in Erbil Six cases of voters were observed that they were surprised that their names in the voter register were marked and signed which indicated that they already had voted. After the opposition of the political agents, the voters were allowed to vote and the old signatures were crossed out by new ones of the same voters.

At 3 pm in Sharo's office, a group of people came to the voting center and caused chaos for manipulation The station manager and security guards were not able control them. Some people stole the center's seal and also the voters' papers for forgery, observes were compelled to gather aside.

2:15 pm Rabreen stationery store ,a group of children  were spotted near the center wearing T-shirts of the Kurdistan Democratic Party carrying the number 183.

• 5pm in the center of Bradoost near to Karizah wushek compound , a group of civilians broke into the center and broke the voters' box and also beat the observers of political entities and shot fire, wounding one of the police officers.

• 3:40 pm Shahista Bakhtiari office, four people came to vote and found the vote was already done in their names.

• 5:15 pm at Barzani  Nimr school in Erbil, a person had the satus identity card  of someone else he tried to vote  instead of the owner of the card , but after being recognized  by the entities' observers, he was not allowed to vote and was dismissed.

• 5:45 pm A group of people came to the electoral center with fake official papers  and divided the group into two sections where the first one did vote while the second  could not because they were revealed by the station officer , who dismissed  them immediately.
