A training workshop on women’s leadership

on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, the female revolution team implemented a training workshop on women’s leadership for the tasks of the women’s departments (liaison members) in the departments of Qar Governorate.

16 participants attended the workshop, as its purpose was to empower women who occupy leadership positions in state departments and introduce them to the importance of women’s leadership the qualities of women’s leadership, and the leadership.

The topic of transformational leadership was also discussed, in addition to the challenges facing women in leadership positions and the lack of opportunities. The workshop also included a video clip on women’s leadership and its discussion with the participants.
