Babil and Sader Center for Training, Rehabilitation and Education of Democracy and Human Rights
To spread the principles of democracy, human rights, build of civil society foundations, rehabilitation and education of Iraqi community in the field of computer, sewing, English language teaching and literacy. Tammuz Organization for Social Development in cooperation with Olof Palme Center continued in its training project, rehabilitation and education in Baghdad and Babil, and the project aims to various segments of community. The main target is to put the basics of democracy to participants understand through courses the democracy and human rights and this is reflected through educational lectures about democracy and human rights, in addition to the training and rehabilitation to fix of a basic principles of educational organizations.
Tammuz Organization for Social Development can to achieve the distinct proportion of achievement in Baghdad and Babil, where 144 persons participated in these three various courses in Babil Center, and 104 persons participated in three courses that held in Sader center in Baghdad during the period 1/7 till 31/10/2007. The project is continuing in these two provinces.
