Digital Security Training for Women Empowerment Department in Dhi Qar

On Sunday, October 16, 2022, the female revolution team carried out digital security training for female employees of the Women Empowerment Department in Dhi Qar Governorate, within the female revolution project. 

Activist Nour Al-Amin led training, as one of the Revolution female activists. She started by explaining the difference between (HTTP and HTTPS) besides how to activate a two-step verification to protect accounts from hacking. 

She also addressed the advantages of browsing using VPN (and TOR), as well as the definition of cookies, and how to remove ads, and also talked about email encryption and checking fake links.

After that, a practical training was conducted to activate the two-step verification feature for social media accounts.
