The Chinese company CSCEC celebrates International Women’s Day with women in Thi Qar

The Chinese company CSCEC, the executing contractor for the Nasiriyah Airport project, organized a celebration on the occasion of International Women’s Day with the Women for Democracy project team, implemented by Tammuz Organization in Thi Qar Governorate. The event took place on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at the company’s headquarters.

This invitation to celebrate the team by the company comes after the significant work and outstanding activities carried out by the team for women in Thi Qar Governorate in several areas, including empowerment, education, and advocacy for their rights. The aim of the celebration was to exchange information, cultures, and challenges between women in Iraq and China.
