The workshop also discussed the concept of gender (gender) and its roles besides justice and equality between men and women, and the workshop included interactional activities and exercises where the participants were divided into two groups, a team representing the gender roles of men and a team representing the gender roles of women, and the negotiation revolved around these roles and their result on women.

After that, an Arabic movie was shown that included in its content secernment based on gender, particularly in raising kids, and the ideas of the film were discussed among them.

It is worth noting that the “Female Revolution” project, which is implemented by the Tammuz organization in group action with the PAX organization in the governorates of Najaf and Dhi Qar, has been going on for the past year.

It is a program that aims to raise awareness and highlight the role of women and develop their capabilities to be able to change their stereotyped image and participate effectively in leadership and decision-making positions.
